The Deputy National Commissioner of Child and Youth Safety supports the creation of a safety culture in Scouting and further enhance our organization's safety policies and procedures. Working with each Council's Deputy Council Commissioner for Child and Youth Safety and the National Director of Child and Youth Safety, you will act as safety champions, helping all volunteers and staff to fully leverage tools and best practices to provide safe, high quality Scouting programs each and every day. You will also liaise closely with the National Safety Committee.
