SCOUTSabout is an initiative carrying Scouting's 100 years of character and leadership development know-how to tens of thousands of Canadian youth.

SCOUTSabout is a three-month community program designed for girls and boys, aged five to ten. It offers outdoor activities, learning opportunities, community service projects and fun for youth in an after school program format or at non-regular times such as school breaks, summer vacation or weekends.

The program is non-uniformed and focuses on active, outdoor activities for all youth. Participants enjoy the same kinds of activities as Beaver Scouts and Cub Scouts, but with a focus on structured play and learning. Several participants’ sign up for a second SCOUTSabout module and in some cases become members of Scouts Canada... because they've had so much fun!

Through your support of this program, you will help provide equipment, materials and supplies, as well as community advertising to reach more children and families from vulnerable communities all across Canada.
