Using Individual Corn Chip Snack Bags

In Bags or On a Plate
Ingredients:
- taco chips (plain tortilla chips are best. filling will be seasoned well enough)
- ground meat (and/or refried beans)
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomatoes
- salsa
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
- green onion (optional)
- chopped cilantro (optional)
Seasoning (to make 1 oz)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions: Brown the meat. Heat or rehydrate the beans. Add the seasoning to the meat or beans (can thicken with 2 tsp cornstarch and 3/4 cup water).
