Both. Rovers (historically) had a thong, hence the reference - though I'd never heard this particular tradition. I have heard of the Wood Badge diamond knot tradition though. Frankly,it seems to be a tadition that anyone can do; in Scouting however, there are specific instances that it comes up.--[[User:Trevpage|Trevpage]] 11:29, 15 June 2011 (EDT)
