This template is used at the bottom of stub articles to let the reader know that the article may not have sufficient information.

Categories: This template automatically adds the article of question to the designated stub category.

Huh? What’s a stub? A stub is any article that does not provide enough information to educate the reader, but has some information for other editors to expand upon. Stubs also might not cite any sources. No bureaucrat/administer’s permission is needed to remove a stub tag.
