Several years ago I created http://scouter.wikidot.com, which then formed the basis of this site. While I have done much of the heavy lifting to get Scouts Canada Wiki started, I hope that others will carry it forward by adding and editing content!
I presented an overview of program tools at the NS Scouter's Conference on Nov. 2, 2013. Here is the presentation
