From the Cub Scouts opening ceremony known as the Grand Howl, where the youth leading the will challenge the Pack to Do Your Best saying "DYB, DYB, DYB, DYB". The Pack responds saying "We'll DOB, DOB, DOB, DOB", meaning that they will do their best.
