Hug-A-Tree Canada is a program that every Beaver or Cub section should consider running. We did this with cubs right before a fall camp.
The RCMP administer a formal program that can be brought in. https://www.adventuresmart.ca/kids/hugatree.htm
(Apparently, the actual presentation of the program may be delegated to another group. For example, in the past in the Ottawa area SAR Global 1 did the presentations.)
