Introduction
The Old Mill Council is one of the Service Areas that comprise the Greater Toronto Council. It was founded in the 1990s as Old Mill District folllowing a reorganisation. It is currently overseen by the West Toronto Key 3.

The Current Key 3 of West Toronto are Area Commissioner Sandra Creber, Area Youth Commissioner Vacant and Scouting Relationship Manager Nicole Christamtsis
